Hi all! I just wanted to let you all know that I’m currently undergoing a change in location and will be moving to Columbus, OH next week! My husband is being transferred to his company’s Columbus location and we are very excited, but a little overwhelmed with all that needs to be accomplished! We’ve kinda been aware that this MIGHT happen, but only got the official word last week. We don’t even have a place to live out there yet, so next week I’m going to be house-hunting while my husband starts his brand new job and while my momma is graciously watching my darling daughter. So I will keep you all updated and I’m hoping we can get settled into life in Columbus super quick! We’ve enjoyed Champaign in the short time we’ve been here, and we’re sad to be leaving, but we are excited to be closer to both of our families….and I think the grandparents are a little excited as well about the prospect of having the Squirt closer.
As far as how this affects you all, for those of you current outstanding sessions the proofs may take a little longer for me to finish as we have been in the moving process for the last couple weeks and will be for a few weeks yet to come, but I’m working on them as fast as I am able, and I apologize for the slight delay. For those of you with future events, your dates are still secured, and I will be traveling back to the Champaign area for your reserved dates and I will be in touch about the specifics of your final consultations. So I just wanted to make you all aware of the changes and I will be in touch about each of your events. The H. family are friends of the family and I have had the pleasure of taking family photos of them every fall for the last three years, and this year we decided to do photos at U of I, since Amy (the gorgeous mommy) has been taking graduate courses there and it’s a big part of their lives right now. It’s also been a lot fun to watch their daughter go from being an adorable baby on the verge of toddler-hood to a beautiful, independent little girl in person and in photos.
